Solaris Sunrise - HIN Numbers

We have just been reading the other topics and found the very interesting one about the history of Solaris Sunrise catamarans.

We have bought Shania - she is immaculate, having been looked after very well by her previous owners.

We have a box file of paperwork and on one document it refers to her as being HIN 17. Her original owner was based in Tamworth and then her second owners were based in Largs.  We are taking her to our base - in Cyprus.

As mentioned on another topic we previously owned a Dean Catamaran and there are similarities between the  Dean, Prout and Solaris.

We occasionally visit another multihulls site (the one with a number in its title), but now we have found this one, we shall try to contribute as it is more relevant and more fun communicating with other Solaris owners.

We are delighted with Shania and are so looking forward to sailing - just waiting for the weather to improve!

Well as I now know, Catkin was hull number 1 (despite having 2 hulls)

I looked at Shania before I bought Catkin. She was in Swansea then.
